Caution: Hard Workout When Wet!

Nice job with practice today, everyone. Today we ran well in hot weather and did a series of water drills. Our water drills are designed to mimic the body mechanics of running and provide low-impact resistance. Doing workouts like these targets core and stabilizing muscles that are vital to good form and strong running...and its fun.
