Our summer training will begin on Wednesday, June 28 at 8:00 am, at school. We will also meet on Saturday, July 1. Both sessions will conclude by 9:30 am. Further summer training dates/times will be discussed and all training sessions will be posted to the Cross Country Schedule page.
We will distribute training plans for experienced, intermediate, and new runners.
Please remember to bring a snack and a water bottle. Dress for the weather, too.
